Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver exceptional client experiences, events and provide CRM support to our network.

  • Execute in-boutique activations, client treatments and bespoke out of boutique experiences in line with our guidelines
  • Curate clients itinerary and travel when hosted for an international event
  • Coordinate festive client gifting initiatives with respective stakeholders and departments
  • Support reporting and client insights for teams
  • Liaise with key stakeholders on campaigns for client recruitment and retention
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in luxury client treatments or event management, be positive, flexible, organized, reliable and eager to build exceptional client experiences. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills while being result-driven to achieve excellence.

You will work closely with our team to execute in-boutique activations, client treatments and bespoke out of boutique experiences in line with our guidelines.

You will also be responsible for supporting the department with reporting and client insights for teams, as well as liaising with key stakeholders on campaigns for client recruitment and retention.
