Client Service Ambassador Job Description:
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Ambassador to join our team. As the face of our boutique, you will provide exceptional hospitality and service to clients, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support all private client appointments, ensuring proper management of client service tools.
- Oversee floor operations to attend to all clients, including queue, appointment, and in-store waiting time management.
- Provide an exceptional first impression by greeting clients upon entry and guiding them through the boutique.
- Lead boutique tours, sharing architectural, historical, and relevant information.
- Engage with clients on the floor and introduce them to relevant team members.
- Extend service gestures such as client requests, repairs, online pickups, product adjustments, and resolving service issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store and private client areas.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- High standards of presentation, interpersonal skills, and grooming.
- Team player embodying strong communication skills.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment, professionalism, and passion for creating exceptional experiences.
