**Role Overview**
- Oversee laboratory and field testing operations for aggregates and soils.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and NATA requirements.
- Supervise laboratory personnel and uphold health and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Foster relationships with Quarry personnel and Technical Managers.
- Manage material testing services.
- Maintain quality control testing programs.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and NATA requirements.
- Manage health and safety for laboratory personnel.
- Oversee calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Review and release test results to customers.
- Address non-compliance issues and risk assessments.
- Assist in improving laboratory processes and procedures.
- Achieve personal development objectives.
- Ensure efficient and timely customer invoicing.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate IV or higher in Laboratory Operations and Techniques.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Ability to work independently with passion and drive.
- Professionalism and technical expertise in Aggregates and Soils.
