My client is a household name and one of the largest FMCG companies in ANZ. Due to their desire to continuously improve they have recently implemented a new workforce management solution across 100s of their stores and warehouses.
Due to this implementation they are looking for a Workforce Management Specialist to join their team to undertake reviews and look at process improvements across the businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Report on productivity levels under new labour standards
- Undertake productivity and process analysis across various business units
- Help ensure stores and warehouses understand and utilise process improvements
- Analyse data to support process improvement opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Workforce Management, Demand Planning, Logistics, Labour Standards or Productivity analysis
- Supermarket, Retail, FMCG, Airline or Supply Chain experience will be highly regarded
- Reporting and analytical capabilities
- Experience with process and productivity improvement
- Excellent communication skills
