Workforce Management Specialist

We are seeking a professional with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a commercial mindset and understanding of operating landscape and operational effectiveness.

The role involves working closely with people leaders to support them in managing workforce and employment issues. Responsibilities include providing professional advice and guidance on various workforce matters, including recruitment, remuneration, onboarding, payroll support, and performance development.

You will also work with people leaders to ensure organisational design, restructures, and redundancies are executed in line with business needs and established processes.

This position requires the ability to develop and maintain key internal and external relationships, based on credibility and open communication. You will also support the resolution of escalated and challenging complex people issues, reducing risk for Origin and improving overall business performance.
