We are currently seeking an experienced professional (Lifestyle Assistant /Allied Health Assistant/Enrolled Nurse/Personal Care Assistant/Clinican) to join our Kyneton Treehouse program for a fixed term parental leave replacement. Shifts will be 6.5 hours each and we have 6+ shifts to offer per forntight.
**Role Statement**
- The position of the Program Assistant - Treehouse & Social Support is to provide optimal quality care for clients including those the specific care needs and those with a dementia diagnosis. Supporting clients and their families within an ambulatory setting whilst promoting well-being and encouraging them to remain part of the community.- The Treehouse & Social Support Program is a holistic outpatient service covering the Macedon Ranges and Hepburn Shire. The services are situated at Kyneton, Trentham, Daylesford, Clunes and Creswick. The programs consist of planned activities for the patients, whilst providing a break for their carers.The primary role of Program Assistant - Treehouse & Social Support is to coordinate client focused group and individual programs for both the moderate dementia program under the direction of the Program Coordinator. You will take into account client interests and physical capabilities when developing and delivering these activity programs.

Fixed term position for 12 months with the possibility of extension or casual work thereafter
**Salary**: As per EBA / Dependant on experience + superannuation + access to salary packaging
