We're on the lookout for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Officer to join our Packaged Products team in Pinkenba.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering calls and emails, taking orders, resolving queries, and providing delivery updates.
You'll work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, spending your day helping customers and collaborating with internal teams to solve problems quickly and deliver great service.
Your Opportunity In this role, you will: Be the first point of contact for packaged product customers via phone and email
Process customer orders and track delivery progress
Investigate and resolve customer queries with accuracy and care
Proactively manage communications around transport delays or product availability
Build effective working relationships with logistics, operations, and sales teams
Be empowered to problem-solve and deliver timely, practical solutions
Contribute to a supportive team culture where collaboration and continuous improvement are valued Whether you're responding to high-volume enquiries or digging into a complex order issue, your professionalism and initiative will make you a key contributor in ensuring our customers receive a seamless and consistent experience.

You also bring:
Previous experience in a phone/email-based customer service or contact centre role
Confidence handling high-volume order processing with accuracy and resilience
Clear, professional communication and strong problem-solving skills
A collaborative mindset with the ability to build internal and external relationships
A sharp eye for detail, even on busy days
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP (desirable)
