Overview
Customer Service Officer | Community Bank Kincumber | NSW. This is a permanent, full-time position located in Kincumber.

Responsibilities
Exploring customers' needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and partnering with different specialists within the branch
Keeping up with constant change and supporting customers with digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate
Being the face of the branch and customer service, handling transactions, cash, queries and paperwork while keeping risk considerations at the forefront
Embracing an attitude of lifelong learning with on-the-job training and external development opportunities
Building connections by supporting customers, giving back to the community and engaging in local activities
What you'll bring to the role
Experience in a customer service environment and ability to achieve targets
Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset
Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone
Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different
Drive for collaboration and a team-oriented mindset
Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but not essential
