**About the role**

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Customer Service Officer in in the **Toukley** Branch. This is a full-time position.

**What we're looking for?**
- Previous retail customer service experience
- Demonstrated relationship and sales ability
- Ability to promote products and services
- Solid cash handling skills
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems
- Ability to work well in a small team environment

**What would be your key responsibilities**
- Be committed to providing quality customer service
- Help our customers achieve their financial goals
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions with our comprehensive range of products and services.
