The restaurant is known for its bold, colourful, and flavourful food, and great team culture.We are ready for YOU to join this exciting opening and embrace a collaborative, fun environment and excellent team culture.POSITION OVERVIEWAs Assistant Bar Manager, you'll be a key part of the leadership team, working closely with the Bar Manager and Venue Managers to ensure smooth day-to-day bar operations.
You'll help lead, train, and inspire the bar team, maintain Light Years' high drink standards, and ensure an unforgettable guest experience.
With a hands-on approach, you'll support stock control, financial procedures, and overall bar efficiency while fostering a vibrant and engaging workplace culture.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the Bar Manager in leading a high-performing bar team.Assist with training and development to ensure consistency and quality in all beverages.Maintain stock control, ordering, and inventory management.Uphold health and safety standards, including liquor licensing compliance.Work closely with the Venue Managers to monitor KPIs and enhance operational performance.Deliver an outstanding guest experience, ensuring speed, consistency, and creativity in drink service.Oversee bar presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency, ensuring a seamless workflow.ABOUT YOUExperience in a high-volume bar or hospitality venue.A passion for cocktails, spirits, and premium beverage service.Strong leadership and communication skills.A hands-on, team-oriented attitude with a focus on training and development.A keen eye for detail and commitment to consistency.Knowledge of Asian-inspired cocktails is a bonus but not essential.BENEFITSCompetitive salary + tips + KPI bonuses.Career development opportunities within a fast-growing hospitality brand.A great work-life balance in a dynamic and supportive environment.Relocation assistance for the right candidate.If you're looking to step into a leadership role with an exciting, fast-growing brand and thrive in a fun, high-energy venue, we'd love to hear from you
