_**Schedule**:_ _Full-time or part-time_
- **Duties & Responsibilities**_
- _Prepare and serve a diverse range of drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to patrons_
- _Maintain a well-stocked bar inventory by monitoring stocks of alcohol, mixers, garnishes and other supplies_
- _Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, including taking their orders and providing recommendations_
- _Operate bar equipment such as shakers, blenders and pourers efficiently and safely_
- _Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices, including monitoring customer intoxication levels and refusing service when necessary_
- _Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces and disposing of waste properly_
- _Opening and closing of the venue, including completing all cleaning, restock, cashiering, and reporting duties relevant to open and close._
- **Experience Requirements & Skills**_
- _At least 3years of experience as a Bartender or similar role_
- _Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques and beverage presentation_
- _Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills_
- _Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively and maintain composure under pressure_
- _Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices and compliance with legal regulations regarding the sale and consumption of alcohol_
- _Flexibility and adaptability to work various shifts_
- **Education & Other Qualifications**_
- _High school diploma or equivalent_
- _RSA certified_
- _Certification in bartending or mixology preferred_
- _At least 18 years of age_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
