Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Beverage Operations Manager to lead our bar team and drive smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in high-volume bars or hospitality venues.

Key responsibilities include leading the team, training staff, maintaining stock control, financial procedures, and upholding health and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee bar presentation and cleanliness

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in beverage operations
  • PASSION FOR COCKTAILS AND PREMIUM BEVERAGE SERVICE
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Hands-on approach with a focus on training and development
  • Attention to detail and commitment to consistency
  • Knowledge of premium beverages is a plus but not essential
