**The role**
In this role as a Risk & Organisational Culture Lead, you'll be focusing on understanding and enhancing risk culture across Auto & General. Reporting to the Head of Risk Culture & Engagement, you'll assist with designing and delivering initiatives that enhance our risk culture and our overall organisational culture, using data, assessments and evidence-based approaches.
The Risk & Organisational Culture Lead role will be responsible for building out risk culture related reporting and dashboards to provide management and Board insights on risk culture. You will also support the implementation of risk culture action planning, aligned to the Group Risk Culture Framework. In addition, you will contribute towards the organisational culture program of work to articulate the cultural attributes that has led to the success of Auto & General and lead initiatives to embed these attributes across the businesses.
To succeed in this role, you'll have a passion for improving risk culture, employee engagement and performance. You'll have proven experience in organisational behaviour and understanding of risk management principles to deliver high quality, tailored solutions that foster a positive, risk-aware and performance driven culture, engaging and connecting with stakeholders at all levels.
**Position Accountabilities**- Conduct regular reporting and assessments of the organisation's risk culture, identifying strengths and areas for improvement and progress of risk culture initiatives. Provide regular updates and actionable insights to leadership.- Develop and execute initiatives working closely with leaders to enhance risk culture ensuring that desired risk behaviours become embedded in the day-to-day behaviours of leaders and employees, aligning with the broader organisational culture.- Support the design and implementation of the organisational culture program of work and initiatives aligning with the organisation's values, mission, and strategic objectives, collaborating with leaders to assess cultural needs and refining the cultural strategy to support overall business goals.- Work closely with leaders across levels to ensure that cultural values are effectively understood, communicated, and practiced in day-to-day operations, providing training and creating resources to enable leaders to role model.- Lead the execution of change management initiatives related to culture transformation, helping the organisation adapt to new behaviours, mindsets and risk management practices to enable achievement of our organisational culture aspirations and target state risk culture.- Support the development of the organisational culture measurement approach and regularly track and report on key culture metrics across the Group. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and improve cultural initiatives.- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and be a trusted advisor in order to bring to life A&G's risk and organisational culture in parallel with the business vision and strategy. Partner with teams across the business, providing consultative support to achieve maximum value and impact.- Provide support to the Head of Risk Culture & Engagement, as required, across the entire employee Risk Culture & Engagement portfolio.

**What experience you'll bring**- Tertiary qualifications in organisational development, risk management, business management, organisational psychology or similar.- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing risk culture initiatives, organisational culture and/or employee engagement programs.- Ability to think strategically and collaboratively in cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously.- Proven ability to work autonomously and lead end-to-end initiatives including project management and change management components. Knowledge of change management principles and experience with culture change programs high desired.- Strong analytical skills to analyse and assess complex situations, provide recommendations and develop creative, evidence-based solutions.- Excellent communication skills including written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience in delivering workshops and related training.- Highly developed IT skills including Google Workspace and Slack.
