Proactive Risk Management Specialist

Drive the implementation and maintenance of a robust risk management framework to ensure organisational compliance and safety excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, regulatory bodies and partners to enhance risk performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead the development and execution of proactive safety assurance initiatives including audits, investigations, risk reviews and improvement projects.
  • Provide expert advice on SMS tools, safety training, change management and compliance with CASA and ICAO standards to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Coach and mentor leaders and team members to foster a culture of risk awareness, promote positive safety behaviours and encourage organisational learning.
  • Analyse and report on safety occurrences to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective risk controls.
  • Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner through reports, presentations and discussions to engage stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
