**Culture Transformation Consultant Role**
The Queensland Government's Workforce Culture, Integrity and Capability division provides high-level guidance to achieve mandated deliverables. The WCIC Division is accountable for designing and implementing an agency-wide culture change program aligned with the QCS Culture Framework 2024-2028.
As a senior consultant, you will build relationships with line management and design, deliver, and implement programs aligned with the QCS Culture Action Plan. Your focus will be on uplifting leadership capability and building a capable and resilient workforce.
- Develop and nurture productive relationships to ensure Culture Program initiatives are integrated and aligned.
- Undertake strategic intelligence gathering in relation to potential systemic organisational issues.
- Research, assess, and critically analyse information gathered through various techniques.
- Review, develop, and implement strategies, policies, and procedures relating to organisation-wide culture and development.
A degree in human behaviour, organisational psychology, coaching, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
