Metro North Hospital and Health Service, Australia's largest public hospital and health service, is seeking a Manager, Organisational Culture to join our dynamic and inclusive People and Culture team. This is a unique opportunity to influence the cultural foundations of our 23,000-strong workforce and shape workplace wellbeing and engagement across the system.

As a strategic leader, you will:
Define and embed a proactive, system-wide approach to workplace wellbeing, in line with legislative reforms under the new Act amendments.
Partner across directorates, clinical services, and enabling functions to co-design and implement culture-enhancing strategies.
Lead organisational-wide action planning following the Have Your Say staff engagement survey, transforming insights into meaningful, measurable improvements.
Interpret people data, survey results, and workplace intelligence to guide high-impact interventions aligned to Metro North's values and strategic direction.

This role is ideal for an experienced organisational psychologist or behavioural science/change expert who thrives in complexity, loves translating insight into action, and wants to shape the future of work in healthcare.
