This is a great opportunity to join the Australian and New Zealand part of a global FMCG business. With a string of household brands, this organisation works within a highly specialised niche with manufacturing operations across Australia.

Working with the Head of HR, this role will help facilitate a number of key initiatives over a 12 month period. Key priorities are diverse and will stretch you from industrial and employee relations to leadership capability and organisational development. As a critical business partner, this role will work vertically helping deliver strategic initiatives and hands on, practical solutions.
