This organisation leads the way in medical research. With such a clear purpose, the P&C team is committed and experiences little turnover. However due to a period of parental leave, a new opportunity exists to join the highly engaged team of 20 in People & Culture that service a CBD based organsiation of around 1000.

As one of the critical P&C Business Partners in small team, you will find yourself looking after a mixed client group that includes a medical research group and some of the corporate services. Whilst the opportunity exists to partner with your client group on longer term value add projects, this is a fairly hands on role that includes writing employment contracts, coordinating interviews, performance discussions and talent reviews.

This role is best suited to a HR Advisor or Snr Advisor who is seeking to continue developing their skills set and experiencing career growth into HR Business Partnering. You will bring a great attitude for learning and solid HR coordination skills. The team works hybrid.
