We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner to join our Senior Management to implement the organization's human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives and will be responsible for:

- Gaining feedback from across the business, to understand HR challenges and opportunities relating to:

- current and future workforce needs.
- workplace culture and or competencies gaps
- HR processes, policies, and procedures
- remuneration and incentives programs
- employee engagement and retention
- Recommend changes to the human resource strategy that aligns with the business vision and its current and long-term needs.
- Work with senior management and other HR resources to create a road map to deliver against the agreed HR strategy.
- Drive a culture of performance and accountability throughout the organization.
- Work with line managers and other HR resources to continuously improve employee engagement.
- Support line managers towards improved people management skills. Engage business leaders in trusted, valued, robust challenge, feedback and coaching to ensure:

- Maximum effectiveness of the People Engagement Performance (PEP) process.
- Individual development plans (IDP's) are developed to reach resource full potential
- Underperforming resources are identified and managed through the Performance Improvement Process (PIPs).
- Participates in the design and implementation of induction and training materials. development programs.
- Ensure all activities and programs related to human resources are implemented in accordance with local and BU policies and procedures.
- Advise Managers on internal queries regarding HR policies, processes and legislative requirements.
- Partner with Managers on the planning, design, change management and implementation of projects and programs, such as restructuring activities
- Ensure recruitment is aligned to business strategy, budget, and headcount
- Ensure HR initiatives are pragmatic, commercial, and linked to business performance

***To be considered for the position we must see**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 8-10+ years HR experience
- 3+ years at Snr HR Advisor level (or similar)
- Understanding of legislation / regulations
- Experience in internal and external stakeholder management (essential)
