This role delivers injury management outcomes, coordinates a work well strategy, facilitates workforce development processing, provides workplace relations support, ensures employment and worker compensation legislative compliance and assists with generalist human resources and employment lifecycle processing.

YOU WILL BRINGWorking knowledge of injury management and people management practices and systemsSound understanding and application of generalist human resource best practicesDemonstrated strong digital literacy, attention to detail, organisational, data entry and document processing capabilitiesAbility to effectively work with students, colleagues and the communityDedication to integrity, reliability, sound judgement, service and risk adversityQualifications in Human Resources and Return to Work Coordinator certificate well regardedWorking with Children blue card and First Aid certification well regardedPhysical fitness to work at a desk, perform repetitive typing tasks and perform manual handing tasksJoin the College and make a difference — build talent, champion compliance, support recovery, and help build a workplace where people truly thrive
