Key Operations and Compliance Role

This position plays a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient operation of our Technologies, Operations and Logistics team. As an Operations and Compliance Support Officer, you will provide key support across Health Group PC1/PC2 specialised facilities, teaching and research labs, Clinical Trials Unit, and other clinic activities.

  • You will contribute to the effective and efficient operation of TOL through provision of effective compliance support to maintain facility induction, health and safety compliance, and equipment service records.
  • Undertaking financial transactions using the University's finance systems, maintaining and managing Group contact lists, and assisting with updates to TOL SharePoint sites.
  • Monitoring team budgets and assist in compliance monitoring, reporting, and project support. Ensure adherence to relevant legislation, and uphold University policies including equity, inclusion, and health and safety.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach. You will have an associate diploma level qualification with relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant skills, knowledge, and experience.

Essential requirements include experience in PC1/PC2 facility environments and familiarity with lab equipment and maintenance support. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, OneDrive) and SharePoint content management is required.
