Operations and Compliance Support Officer
About the Role:The Operations and Compliance Support Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of technical support services.
This involves working closely with team leaders to provide key support across various facilities, teaching and research labs, Clinical Trials Unit, and other clinic activities.
- Provide compliance support to maintain facility induction, health and safety compliance and equipment service records.
- Undertake financial transactions using university finance systems.
The Operations and Compliance Support Officer will contribute to the effective and efficient operation of TPH, supporting the maintenance of high-quality facilities and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Managing financial transactions and budgets.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
