This role delivers injury management outcomes, coordinates a work well strategy, facilitates workforce development processing, provides workplace relations support, ensures employment and worker compensation legislative compliance and assists with generalist human resources and employment lifecycle processing.

YOU WILL
Proactively coordinate injury management and return to work processes
Administer professional development activities to build workforce capability
Coordinate work well strategy initiatives to build workforce engagement
Administer worker lifecycle and generalist human resources processes
Assist with workplace and industrial relations support
Ensure effective administration, systems, service and records management
Coordinate and administer unpaid workers including volunteers, pre-service teachers and work experience placements
Administer professional development applications, senior teacher, extra activity payments, Working with Children Blue Cards, and leave management processes
Foster strong relationships with the College community and external stakeholders

YOU WILL BRING
Working knowledge of injury management and people management practices and systems
Sound understanding and application of generalist human resource best practices
Demonstrated strong digital literacy, attention to detail, organisational, data entry and document processing capabilities
Ability to effectively work with students, colleagues and the community
Dedication to integrity, reliability, sound judgement, service and risk adversity
Qualifications in Human Resources and Return to Work Coordinator certificate well regarded
Working with Children blue card and First Aid certification well regarded
Physical fitness to work at a desk, perform repetitive typing tasks and perform manual handing tasks
