About the rolePermanent full time opportunity to provide direct support to Roster Support Officers (RSO's) within a client-focused environment.
This role will provide administrative support and expertise in the rostering system, ensuring the smooth execution of the rostering process.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Create and participate in continuous team knowledge transfer session to upskill RSOs and identify knowledge gaps and address improvements.
Identify any knowledge deficits and or gaps in consistency in standardised processing from within the RSO team through compliance reporting and assist, develop, and deliver training in various forms to promote upskilling within the team, and broadly to our customers.
Comply with reasonable instructions that are provided and including the safety of you and others within the workplace.
