Roster Support Officer

Your new role:

As a Roster Support Officer, you will play a key part in supporting daily staffing operations to ensure the smooth delivery of healthcare services across Princess Alexandra Hospital.

• Coordinate and maintain daily rostering to cover scheduled and emergent leave.
• Liaise with managers and supervisors to resolve staffing matters, including variations, leave, and shift coverage.
• Maintain accurate staffing records, including payroll data, timesheets, and staff movement requests.
• Provide reporting and quality checks to support compliance with rostering standards, awards, and policies.

The Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) is a tertiary health care centre providing care in most major adult specialties. We deliver world-class healthcare to Brisbane City's southern suburbs, including emergency, medical, mental health, and surgical services, such as liver and kidney transplants.
