About the roleFixed term temporary full time opportunity to lead teams that sit under the myHR Business Support Services to deliver operational and tactical advice and support to clients in alignment with the Metro North Health People and Culture vision and its underpinning strategies.
Provide direction and leadership to the Roster Support Office, overseeing the tasks and responsibilities of the RSO Team Leaders and the Roster Support Officers within a client-focused multi-disciplinary environment.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Manage recruitment, orientation, training, and ongoing supervision of team members, using contemporary human resource management practices with particular reference to developing and enhancing staff competencies and experiences to support operational efficiency.
Plan and facilitate team meetings to ensure team members are kept up to date with all aspects of the role including changes to WFM and myHR.
Manage escalated feedback and complaints in line with Metro North values, addressing any client incivility through effective communication and interpersonal skills and de-escalation techniques
Support the implementation of continuous process improvement activities within myHR and the WFM Rostering Solution.
