**Your Opportunity**:The position of RSO Supervisor will**:

- Lead the workforce rostering team that sits under the HR Operations team to deliver operational and tactical advice and support to clients.
- Provide direction and leadership to the Roster Support Officer, overseeing the tasks and responsibilities of the Roster Support Officers within a client-focused multi-disciplinary environment.
- Be responsible for formal client engagement and communications.
