**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for ERP Support Analyst to join the team at Rowville.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Manage the IT Helpdesk and assign tickets as required
- Train new users and manage communication with all users for updates
- Manage integrations to and from business systems and ensure integrity of the data.
- Communicate efficiently with 3rd party consultants, project managers, and end-users

**Does this sound like you?**
- Highly organized with ability to complete multiple activities with competing priorities.
- Understanding of ERP Applications and how they work.
- Knowledge of business processes in sales, warehouse and distribution, and service environments.
- Demonstrated experience in reviewing and improving business processes.
- Ability to work to tight timelines and with limited supervision.
- Highly effective verbal and written communications skills
- A can-do attitude
- A proven strong work ethic.
- Experience with Dynamics 365BC, Oracle Netsuite, ibodyshop or Hollander Pinnacle Desirable
