We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in business transformation, especially with ERP implementations for a 3 months contract with option to extend. In this role, you will work closely with various business functions to drive operational efficiency, system improvements, and business growth. You will be instrumental in gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring successful system testing and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for ERP implementation projects, engaging with stakeholders across different business units (Finance, HR).
  2. Develop functional specifications that translate business needs into IT solutions.
  3. Conduct system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system performance and user satisfaction.
  4. Provide ongoing support to end-users during and after system implementation, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating training as needed.
  5. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of projects and demonstrate the achievement of business case benefits.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective business transformation strategies and operating models.
  7. Analyse complex business challenges and develop practical, effective solutions.
  8. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clear understanding and alignment of project goals and outcomes.
  9. Assist with the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Essential Criteria:
  1. 7+ years of proven experience in business analysis within complex, dynamic environments, with a strong focus on business transformation projects.
  2. Significant experience in supporting and enabling ERP implementations across various business functions (Finance, HR).
  3. Strong proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements using techniques such as workshops, interviews, and document analysis.
  4. Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications for IT systems.
  5. Hands-on experience in system testing and UAT, ensuring successful implementation.
  6. Ongoing support experience for end-users during and after ERP system implementation.
  7. Proven ability to define and measure KPIs to track project progress and demonstrate the achievement of business case benefits.
  8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex business issues.
  9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  10. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
Desirable Criteria:
  1. Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
  2. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
  3. Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  4. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics.
  5. Professional certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., IIBA certifications).
