**About Our Client**

This is an organisation that exists to help small businesses with their finance and account management software needs. Recognising that other ERP providers were failing to update with the needs of modern small businesses, the organisation is a distributor of market-leading ERP software - Odoo.

They are now looking at their next stage of growth and are hiring an ERP Support Specialist to support their vision. Based in Clayton, their personalised service and detailed knowledge of their systems have resulted in repeat business and a team that is genuinely passionate about providing the best management software for small businesses.

**About the Role**

Supported by the business owner, you will:

- Log on to your assigned clients' ERP systems to manage issues, solve system issues and help with new enquiries.
- Speak with customers over the phone, via instant message and visit on-site to be able to build relationships and deeply understand how their business can leverage the ERP system.
- Partner with the developers to identify customer system issues and ensure the customer is updated every step of the way.
- Take initiative with clients to build the relationship, checking in with them throughout the implementation process to ensure they feel supported and looked after.
- Invest time in proactively learning Odoo and other ERP software, ensuring the most up to date customer support.

**Selection Criteria**

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Experience working with ERPs and knowledge of how they operate.
