ERP Business Transformation Specialist

The role involves working with a leading retail brand to implement a new ERP system across their operations.
- Lead the creation of detailed business requirement documents to inform system design and delivery.
- Conduct gap analysis reporting to identify functional and process differences between current and future states.
- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather insights, confirm requirements, and drive alignment.
- Develop and complete comprehensive solution design documentation.
- Support the implementation of a new Core ERP system as part of a major transformation program.
- Map and document end-to-end business processes - both current and future state.
- Collaborate with business leads to streamline reporting and analysis procedures using best practice principles.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of the ERP project plan, in partnership with the ERP Project Manager.
- Act as a technical lead during system configuration and user acceptance testing.
- Drive data migration readiness, including data cleansing and validation activities.
- Support the redesign of work papers and schedules to enable efficient data integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience with ERP implementations and Netsuite.
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Background in Finance and finance ERP projects.
- Strong process improvement, automation, and finance transformation experience.
