We are seeking a senior internal communications professional to lead the day-to-day internal communications needs of Reece Group in Australia and New Zealand. The role includes developing and executing effective communication plans and building deep collaborative relationships across the ANZ business.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Communications Leader ANZ, the Internal Communications Lead is responsible for leading a team of three (3) to create, lead and evolve engaging internal communication strategies.

They will identify opportunities to develop our communication capabilities and partner with Reece's Senior Leadership teamto drive alignment with - and understanding of - our 2030 vision and strategy. In turn, they will support the delivery of best practice internal communication exchanges within the business.

Responsibilities include (and are not limited to):

- Leading Reece's internal communication strategy for Australia and New Zealand
- Building strong and deeply embedded stakeholder relationships throughout the business to identify issues, provide leadership and advice, and drive alignment
- Managing the design and implementation of Reece's Leadership Events aligned to the business and communications team's strategies
- Leading the integration of Reece's digital communication experience to reduce noise and help support our team members to connect with what is truly important
- Overseeing communications projects and strategies delegated to members of the team and provide coaching, guidance and support
- Leading the Internal Communications Team including an Internal Communications Advisor and Communications Coordinator, driving a continuous improvement culture.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong interest and curious approach to understanding how Reece works. You will possess a deep understanding of how internal communications enhances the employee experience and be a passionate people leader.

We're looking for a confident and highly experienced internal communications professional with:

- Minimum 10 years in a communications/corporate affairs role (experience gained within a Retail environment is desirable)
- Superior stakeholder engagement skills
- Genuine passion for internal communication and for improving the experience of our team members
- A master of language with strong presentation and visual communication skills
- Impeccable leadership skills and a talent for building an empowering, collaborative culture
- An ability to adapt and be agile in response to business and stakeholder needs, and in the face of ambiguity
- A demonstrated capacity to connect the dots and make decisions in the best interest of Reece, its people, and its reputation
- Superior project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities, be self-managed and deliver to deadlines
- A natural flair for building collaborative, positive relationships at all levels
- Experience in leveraging insights and technology to inform decisions that improve the current state of the business
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism or a related field.
