Overview

Stakeholder Communications Lead – Projects is a full-time, fixed-term role in Geelong with flexible hybrid working. The base salary is circa $146,000 plus super and benefits.

What you’ll do

- Lead the development and implementation of effective communication strategies across external stakeholders and channels.
- Support the delivery of key change programs within the TAC’s Make Every Day Matter strategy, with a particular emphasis on service delivery initiatives.
- Lead a small team of communications advisors and collaborate with internal project teams.
- Provide strategic communications advice and oversee the delivery of communication and engagement plans, with a focus on the TAC’s health and disability providers.

What we’re looking for

- Strong strategic communications experience in complex organisations.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within project teams and/or with change management principles; tertiary qualifications in communications/media or related field.
- Advanced stakeholder engagement and influencing skills; ability to lead complex initiatives and influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups; strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication with impact.
- Demonstrated experience within the health and disability sector; understanding of health, disability and community sectors is beneficial.
