We are seeking a savvy internal communications professional to develop and deliver internal communications across the branch network and corporate functions of Reece Group in Australia and New Zealand. The role includes developing and executing effective communication plans and building deep collaborative relationships across the ANZ business.
**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Internal Communications Lead ANZ, the Internal Communications Advisor is a confident self-starter who will deliver end-to-end internal communications campaigns to align to our strategic priorities.
They will identify opportunities to develop our communication capabilities with our Operations and People Experience team to drive alignment with - and understanding of - our 2030 vision and strategy. Delivering creative, innovative and engaging content that inspires our people will be at the heart of this role.
Responsibilities include (and are not limited to):
- Providing strategic communications support and advice to our network support teams
- Building strong stakeholder relationships throughout the business to identify issues, provide advice and drive alignment
- Delivering creative, innovative and engaging content that inspires our people including video, photography, presentations and written materials
- Participating as a key team member to deliver great events and experiences for our people
- Collaborating with the broader communications team, business units and other stakeholders to deliver great outcomes for our business
- Helping others succeed by providing superior communications support and advice.
**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong interest and curious approach to understanding how Reece works. You will possess an acute awareness of how internal communications enhances the employee experience and strive to develop new methods to grow engagement.
We're looking for a confident and highly experienced internal communications professional with:
- Minimum 5 years in a communications/corporate affairs role (experience gained within a Retail environment is desirable)
- Genuine passion for internal communications and for improving the experience of our team members
- A master of language with strong presentation and visual communication skills
- An ability to adapt and be agile in response to business and stakeholder needs, and in the face of ambiguity
- A natural flair for building collaborative, positive relationships at all levels Experience in leveraging insights and technology to inform decisions that improve the current state of the business
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism or a related field.
