About the Role:

As an eCommerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless execution of online initiatives that drive commercial performance and enhance customer experience.

  • Execute day-to-day strategies to boost sales and customer engagement
  • Assist in and act on trade and promotional plans aligned with broader eCommerce objectives
  • Adhere to operational processes for a smooth customer journey
  • Contribute to small-scale projects enhancing the eCommerce platform
  • Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports for management review
  • Analyse product performance and execute predefined strategies optimising sales
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandise teams to achieve sales targets
  • Communicate with cross-functional and external teams for day-to-day execution of operational targets
  • Ensure internal and supplier processes are up-to-date, participating in improvement, adoption, and iteration of process
  • Respond to pricing and compliance issues across Myer Group sites promptly
About You:
  • Previous experience in eCommerce or Merchandise role within the retail sector is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A strong team player able to work collaboratively with both internal and external teams
  • Customer-driven with a strong service focus
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in eCommerce platforms, PIMs or search and merchandising tools
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite – particularly in Microsoft Excel
