We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of others who rely on our services.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of an Employment Consultant is to support participants in transforming their lives through employment. This involves working closely with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers.
  • Support participants in identifying skills necessary to become job-ready.
  • Deliver high-quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.
  • Enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals.
  • Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • A MyGovID (Standard level).
  • Willingsness to complete a National Police Check.
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
  • Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
