Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 65 years ago and is the only health fund exclusively for the education community.

This role starts on Monday, 13th October 2025.
During training, shifts will be between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Post-training, scheduled hours will be seven hours per day, with shifts varying between 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday to Thursday and 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM on Friday.
What do you need?
This role can be fast-paced, requiring:
Customer service experience (essential)
Experience in a busy contact centre environment (desirable)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work across multiple systems
Willingness to learn and meet KPIs and competencies
Insurance experience or experience in complex customer-focused roles (advantage)
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
The salary package is $89,544 (including super).
