Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Specialist

This is a full-time customer service and sales call centre opportunity. You will be responsible for maximising outbound and inbound call opportunities to promote and retain existing members who have indicated they wish to cancel, and win back members who have left the fund by managing member issues and price, product or claim related concerns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls from members who have cancelled or indicated they wish to cancel with the aim to retain their business
  • Deliver exceptional service by demonstrating members' needs are understood and handled
  • Work towards KPIs and service targets and ensure adherence to compliance

Requirements:

For this role, we are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills while working under pressure, and the ability to work well within a team.

  • Previous customer service experience from retail, hospitality, banking etc (call centre experience desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills whilst working under pressure
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Passion for serving customers
