An exciting opportunity has become available for Customer Service Representatives to join the our clients inbound contact centre based in Abbotsford office.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Inbound customer service general enquiries
- Handling enquiries for customers on behalf of the client
- Resolving queries from a range of business & residential customers
- Miscellaneous administration tasks
**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**:
- Prior / working experience in a contact centre environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft products (Word, Excel)
- Previous experience in call centre systems
- High energy and motivation to succeed
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and managers
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
