This is a full-time leadership role in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment where you will drive service excellence, optimize processes, and develop a high-performing team.What You'll Do:ResponsibilitiesLead & develop a team of customer service and warehouse professionals, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.Ensure seamless customer experiences by delivering accurate information, timely reporting, and solutions-driven service.Coach, mentor & train your team to exceed KPIs and continuously improve.Collaborate closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to enhance customer outcomes.Drive operational efficiency by analyzing workloads and setting productivity goals.Identify and implement process improvements to optimize customer service operations.Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.What You BringProven leadership experience in customer service within transport, logistics, or warehousing.Strong people management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.Experience handling complex customer interactions and delivering effective solutions.Proficiency in transport and warehouse management systems (or similar IT platforms).
