We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our dynamic team at our Brisbane depot. This is a full-time leadership role in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment where you will drive service excellence, optimize processes, and develop a high-performing team.

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities
  • Lead & develop a team of customer service and warehouse professionals, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
  • Ensure seamless customer experiences by delivering accurate information, timely reporting, and solutions-driven service.
  • Coach, mentor & train your team to exceed KPIs and continuously improve.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to enhance customer outcomes.
  • Drive operational efficiency by analyzing workloads and setting productivity goals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize customer service operations.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
What You Bring
  • Proven leadership experience in customer service within transport, logistics, or warehousing.
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Experience handling complex customer interactions and delivering effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in transport and warehouse management systems (or similar IT platforms).
  • Deep understanding of industry regulations and operational best practices.
  • Agile, adaptable, and capable of performing under pressure.
