We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional and organised individual with a willingness to learn to join our business with a Transport Coordinator role based at our customer's site at Crestmead.
· Roster is Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 4.00pm.

The successful applicant will have:
- B-Double, Semi & Body truck allocation experience with the ability to plan, prioritize and multitask a must.
- Strong communication skills with both customers and drivers.
- Ability to perform a multi-faceted role which includes Customer Service, Administrative tasks and Transport allocation.
- Knowledge of CoR.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Plan, allocate & coordinate the distribution of loads to small fleet of drivers.
- Ensure emails and enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Monitor drivers for any delays and communicate with client as required.
- Verify and enter appropriate charges for the client weekly prior to invoicing.
- Liaising with clients, contractors and company drivers.
- Complete coordination of deliveries and pick-ups.
- Receive inbound calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure Chain of Responsibility standards are maintained.
- Potential to work at other depots (Acacia Ridge & Lytton) if required.
