As the Allied Health Development and Human Resources Officer, you will oversee the day-to-day service development, assessment, and initial implementation of new services and onboarding of new team members. You will also assist with the following:

- Referral management and allocation
- Ensuring referrals have the adequate documentation
- Undertaking initial intake risk assessments, and developing consumer profiles and service delivery plans.
- Ensuring all clients are added to current systems and programs.
- Auditing and correcting saving conventions
- Auditing client and staff files ensuring Allora are upholding the NDIS practice standards.
- Developing and running consumer forums
- Ensuring organisational registers are maintained, including restrictive practices, continuous improvement, disaster management etc
- Assisting managers in streamlining processes and systems
- Assisting with financial auditing, including sent and received invoices
- Attending various disability events and expos
- Running internal reviews and programs
- Onboarding team members
- Compliance of team members
- Upskilling team members/training
- Formal minute takings
- Training to policies and procedures

The successful applicant will have exceptional communication, will be organised and be able to interact with a large group of stakeholders. The successful applicant will need to be able to work independently and be capable of making decisions with mínimal oversight from other team members. The successful applicant must be able to work collaboratively with other team members. Allora Options has a strong organisational culture, there is no micro-management, and we are **not** KPI driven but rather quality driven.
