We have a multidisciplinary allied health therapy team that provides services predominately to children with disability. Our services include Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy and Behaviour Support.
We are looking for a **Receptionist** to join our busy Administration team. We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic, friendly, and keen to learn We will provide full training, however, our ideal applicant has experience working as a receptionist in an Allied Health Clinic. This is a **full-time permanent role **working 38 hours per week from Tuesday to Saturday.

As a receptionist at Sensia Allied Health, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Making and receiving phone calls
- Scheduling of clients using our practice management software (Cliniko)
- Greeting clients and their families to make them feel welcome
- Taking payments/invoicing
- Following up on invoices with NDIS Plan Managers and Agencies
- Data entry
- Running errands
- Sorting and sending mail
- Filing
- Supporting therapists with admin tasks
- Medicare rebates
- Maintaining client files
- Liaising with external organisations e.g. (clients, suppliers, health professionals, health funds etc.)
- Printing and scanning
- General office duties
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year experience working as a receptionist or similar administration role.
- Familiarity with the NDIS preferred but not essential.
- Proficient computer use and capable of navigating a variety of software (Practice software, Google Docs, Excel, Microsoft Teams etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle client requests and complaints as required
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Friendly and helpful
