**About the role**
Stratco is looking for a motivated professional who has a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude to join the Gepps Cross, Customer Service Centre (CSC) team. This is a great opportunity for a flexible and customer-focused person to become an integral part of our growing national and international company.
**The role will include**:
- Providing exceptional telephone customer service and sales
- Processing of orders
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal customers
- Undertake general administrative tasks including providing support to wider HIS Store as required.
- Participation in training and personal development sessions
**The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes**:
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service with the ability to provide solutions and drive sales
- An eye for detail with strong administration and data entry skills
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet customer's needs
- Excellent communication skills and a personable, approachable team player attitude
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced call centre environment
- Possess a genuine desire to further develop in the business.
**This opportunity is open to applicants seeking either full time, part time or casual employment, with ability to work alternate Saturdays.**
