Centre Technician Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

The Centre Technician position involves providing high-quality support to ensure the smooth operation of our Hose Service Centre. You will work closely with our Operations Manager to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily operations at the Hose Service Centre
  • Develop hose assembly, Machine/Weld, and pipe-bending procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service at the counter and over the phone
  • Manage data entry and stock control duties
  • Perform pick-ups and deliveries as required

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Knowledge of industry principles or similar experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to operate machinery and use tools safely
  • Current Manual Driver's License
  • Proficiency in computer systems and basic literacy/numeracy skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solve effectively
  • Team player with a willingness to collaborate
  • Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety practices
  • Availability to work in Lonsdale or surrounding areas
