About the Role

This is a part-time contract position with flexible working hours. As a Community Centre Support Officer, you will be part of a team delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of our community centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Provide efficient administration support to community centres
  • Coordinate bookings, enquiries, and information using SpacetoCo
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all community members
