**Your Next Opportunity**

We are seeking a proactive and efficient Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Daimler Trucks Adelaide

As the face of our department, you will be a trusted partner to variety of customers within the Transport industry. Your day will involve tending to customer queries over the phone and face to face, checking vehicles in, scheduling bookings, processing payments, general administration tasks and working closely with the wider operational team to ensure our customers receive a best-in class service and positive experience from our branch.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and service driven individual with an interest in the automotive industry. We are offering full training and support from an experienced team and leaders + an attractive hourly rate + staff support bonus.

**About The Role**:

- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Manage service and repair booking inquiries efficiently
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships with fleets of all sizes
- Identify and document any additional service requirements
- Coordinate with workshop controllers to ensure timely completion of all work
