**Responsibilities**:
As our In-House Social Media Manager / Content Creator, you'll play a vital role in showcasing the spirit and vitality of our gym and community to the world. Your responsibilities will include:

- Filming Captivating Content: Bring the energy of our gym and the supportive community to life by capturing compelling footage of workouts, personal achievements, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Creating Engaging Social Media Posts: Craft visually stunning and engaging social media posts that highlight the coaching experience, member success stories, and the welcoming atmosphere of our gym.
- Growing Our Social Media Platforms: Utilize your creativity and social media expertise to expand our online presence, attract new followers, and engage with our current community.
- Providing Performance Reports: Monitor and analyze social media page performance, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance our online strategy.

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you should have:

- A passion for fitness and a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in videography and content creation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with social media analytics is a plus
