**About the role**
Our partnerships team is growing We have a new 12-month fixed-term contract available within our Insurance Partnerships team, for a Partner Relationship Specialist. The Partner Relationship specialist is accountable for developing and managing relationship with our RACQ Insurance partners, which drives further diversification in our insurance business and profitable growth within the Queensland market and nationally. Your key duties will include:
- Managing and improving partnership frameworks through elevation of SLA's, benefits realisations, customer reviews, asset and capability configurations, and appropriate cadence on partner contact and collaboration
- Designing and implementing onboarding and offboarding triggers and frameworks that contemplate partnership lifecycles, contractual obligations, strategic alignment, and risk management
- Executing opportunities with a robust assessment of their alignment to RACQ strategy, desirability, feasibility, and viability
- Ongoing collaboration with key stakeholders within the RACQ group to develop and continuously improve innovative partner value creation strategies and solutions
**About you**
As a Partnership Relationship Specialist, your refined stakeholder communication skills will be critical to your success. You will be managing the partners, scoping, resourcing, and navigating roadblocks which requires someone with high-level account management experience, especially across B2B partnership models. Ideally you will have:
- At least 5 years relevant experience within account management type roles
- Experience within the Financial Services industry (insurance preferred)
- Demonstrated product and partner relationship management experience
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations.
